The Story of Peacemaker fron Swiss-Botanic:

For the record, the first classification of cannabis dates back to 1750. It was established by the Swedish botanist Carl Linnaeus, who gave his name to the Cannabis sativa variety, then produced in Europe. In 1785, the French naturalist Jean-Baptiste Lamarck identified another species of hemp cultivated in India which he named Cannabis indica . These are the two most famous families. However, there is a third, lesser-known variety, Cannabis ruderalis, of Russian origin.

Indica-type plants are distinguished by their conical shape and broad leaves. Conversely, sativa plants have large, loose branches and narrow leaves. These differences result from their geographical origins. In terms of buds, indica strains appear compact and firm, while sativa strains are rather long, thin and airy.

Peacemaker CBD comes from the cannabis indica variety. Savvy consumers recognize the differences in reactions produced by the two main strains: sativa and indica. Indica is more relaxing, while sativa has stimulating effects.
